Small cutaway illustrations scattered around the main drawing show different levels of muscle tissue and bone from various parts of the body. Read: The frostweaver is a slender faerie woman with pale blue-white skin, silvery hair and tilted crystal blue eyes. Her outstretched arms seem raised in a dance, one slender foot poised delicately. The creature's argent hair coils around her narrow shoulders, touches of blue suggesting ice. A stylized rime of frost is painted all around the frostweaver, vaguely reminiscent of a spell pattern. The author has noted in one corner that the frostweavers have been seen to cast spells involving ice and cold.
