Overview
Found down the white gravel drive on Gooseberry Lane in Arthe Dale. See Meeting Hall for details on how to rent and use the rooms.
From the entrance to the estate grounds, Meadowview Terrace is a free to use room via the stone path. All other portals within the building require payment to rent.
Entrance

A broad drive of pale stone curves through charmingly manicured grounds, bordered by clipped grasses, flowering shrubs, and dense beds of colorful blooms. Low stone walls divide stretches of carefully tended greenery, while a massive old tree spreads its gnarled branches near the grand riverstone manor. An ornate swing hangs from one broad limb, overlooking the drive leading to the front door.
You also see a curved white gravel drive lined with manicured topiaries, a well-lit grand entrance framed in ornate stonework and a white stone path.

Meadowview Terrace
[Berrywick Estate, Meadowview Terrace]
A broad stone terrace extends along the estate, bordered by low balustrades and oversized planters overflowing with greenery and flowers. An ornate fountain occupies the center of the paved space, surrounded by winding arrangements of benches, potted shrubs, and small flowering trees. To one side, an enormous sprawling oak supports a cushioned bench swing.
You also see a white stone path.

The bench swing is a functional swing.
Checking it over, you believe you could PUSH or PULL the swing, as well as SIT, LIE, ROLL, or LEAN on it.
Grand Entry
[Berrywick Estate, Grand Entry]
A soaring ceiling crowns the spacious entry, where pale stone walls rise above polished floors and broad archways lead deeper into the manor house. Tall windows occupy much of the outer wall, while clusters of ornate lanterns hang from long chains overhead.
You also see a pair of glass doors painted with flowering vines and a gilded entry carved with elaborate floral filigree.

Petalspring Conservatory
[Berrywick Estate, Petalspring Conservatory]
Tall glass walls rise to meet a vaulted glass ceiling above a polished cobblestone floor. Towering palms, broad-leafed plants, flowering vines, and dense beds of greenery surround the space, with carved stone benches threading between oversized planters.
You also see a pair of glass doors painted with flowering vines and a planting table.

Briarwood Ballroom
[Berrywick Estate, Briarwood Ballroom]
A vast polished floor stretches beneath a high, ornamented ceiling edged with intricate molding. Tall arched windows alternate with slender columns along the walls, while elaborate chandeliers hang overhead. Elaborate trim accents broad archways and carved panels, with a raised musicians' gallery overlooking one end of the ballroom.
You also see a gilded entry carved with elaborate floral filigree and a butler's station.

Main Hallway

A broad hallway extends between rows of tall windows on one side and gleaming wainscoting on the other. Polished floors run beneath a high ceiling crossed by evenly spaced beams, while occasional archways interrupt the paneled wall to provide access to adjoining rooms.
You also see a rounded arch framing a heavy blackwood door and an arched side entry leading to tidy outbuilding.

Blackvine Study

Floor-to-ceiling bookcases cover the dark-paneled walls of the spacious study, their shelves packed with books, scrolls, and bound volumes. Heavy curtains cover tall windows, while low-hanging lanterns illuminate broad tables and clusters of deep-cushioned chairs.
You also see a rounded arch framing a heavy blackwood door and a heavy walnut desk.

Bramblecross Barn

Smooth riverstone walls enclose an elegantly finished barn with a broad cobblestone dance floor and exposed beams spanning the lofty ceiling. A myriad of gaethzen lanterns hang among the open timbers, while polished wooden doors and neatly finished archways break up the stone walls.
You also see an arched side entry leading into the manor house and a long wooden table.
