Talas Sagamat

The Talas Sagamat mine is an Illithi province premium hunting area (PREMIUM 6 3) located in the eastern Fang Cove area. Consequently, only Estate Holder's are able to mine it. To reach the mine from Fang Cove's eastern gate, GO GATE, E, NE, E, CLIMB the STAIRWAY, GO into the CAVE, SEARCH the WALL and then, once found, GO through the GAP. It requires a practitioner (50 ranks) of perception to find the gap in the wall to enter the area. Going through the gap takes you to Talas Sagamat, Alcove. The mine has two sections. The Alcove serves as the central access point for both sections.

• The mine's first section is a 12-room loop formed by the Alcove, Northern Tunnel, Underground Swamp, and Northeastern Tunnel. In the Alcove, GO BONES to enter the Northern Tunnel and travel the loop clockwise to the Underground Swamp then GO through a DOOR to enter the Northeastern Tunnel and return to the Alcove. Alternatively, the loop can be traveled counterclockwise by going NE from the Alcove into the Northeastern Tunnel and proceeding accordingly. Quartz gargoyles inhabit this area.
• The mine's second section is The Western Tunnel. It is a six-room linear tunnel with a single access point in the Alcove, GO ROOTS to enter and exit. From the roots, the tunnel goes NW, N, NE, SE, and then W, where it ends. Spotted bobcats inhabit this area.
• The mine's geology is a mixture of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary layers with igneous rock layers being the most widespread.
