Barbarian who worked for Sirolarn for a while as his personal guard. Following Vorclaf's rise to power, she disappeared. Midjure claimed Vorclaf had her killed.

It was believed that she was the sister of Molphant, who kidnapped her.

Strongly dislikes the Dragon Priests.

Appearance

You see Peace Keeper Sybina Darsas, a Kaldaran Barbarian.
She has steely grey eyes, long thick auburn hair braided with steelsilk ribbon and bronzed skin. She is tall, even for a Kaldar, and well muscled.
She is wearing a full leather helm with a glossy black horsehair tail that cascades down the back, a supple black leucro hide pack clasped with a gleaming silver fang, a supple hooded leather cloak secured by a neck-chain of blackened steel, an exquisite red jungle lily armband, some leather dueling gauntlets with blackworked, spike-studded cuffs , a glittering steelsilk tunic trimmed in silver-spiked black leather, a woven silver-strand belt accented with a faceted black onyx panther buckle, a pair of slim leather greaves with articulated steel guards at the knee, a grim black-handled halberd, a jadeite gwethdesuan, a kyanite gwethdesuan and some heavy leather sandals with intricately entwining knee-length straps and faded bone clasps.

From the trial of the Treasonists, 21 July 2001

Vorclaf says, "Midjure, you speak lies. I have done nothing to Sybina."

Vorclaf asks, "And what have you learned, Anamir?"

Anamir says, "I tracked across every Province, Highness, and it was not without some difficulty that she was found."

Anamir says, "I would say that she was found in good health, but that would not be the entire truth of the matter."

Anamir says, "Aye, Highness. She is alive."

Anamir says, "She rests at the moment."

Anamir says, "Shall I bring her, Highness? I am certain you will be interested in hearing what she has to say."

Pureblade calmly says, "That's not Sybina"

Pureblade calmly says, "Sybina was 68, she doesn't look older then 25."

Sybina says, "Nothing but ill-treatment."

Sybina says, "But NOT at his hands"

Sybina says, "His agent rescued me, brought me here."

Sybina exclaims, "The one you should be accusing is Molphant!"

Sybina exclaims, "I have no brother!"

Pureblade calmly says, "He said he was your brother."

Sybina says, "He kidnapped me, dragged me off, held me imprisoned."

Anamir says, "Highness, this...Molphant...delivered Sybina to Mer'Kresh."

Vorclaf says, "The Baron has nothing to do with this."

Sybina says, "I could not speak to anyone. I was held in a small room, alone, behind a locked door."

Sybina says, "I could speak to -no one-."

Anamir says, "We sailed by boat from there but three days ago, Sir. Had your eyes been open, surely you'd have seen us."

Midjure says, "These people are innocent of the letter. I wrote the letter, and hid it away so that it would be found by someone anonymous."

Midjure says, "I did it to spur the Dirge Council into action against Vorclaf."

Midjure says, "I do not know where the letter is now, Chancellor."

Charave says, "How convenient."

Quillak says, "Then, when I arrested Midjure, under authority given me by Vorclaf, they attacked me."

Midjure darkly says, "If I had not been captured by Quillak, Vorclaf, I'd have sunk the dagger in your heart myself."

Nystarn says, "Blades to repay Renshil for his torture."

Vorclaf says, "Several of you advanced on me and sliced at me."

Renshil says, "Torture is not the way of Zoluren."

Gembrick asks, "Aye, Renshil, what about when you sliced out both of my eyes because I refused to answer your questions?"

Vorclaf asks, "Midjure, why did you write that letter? Why do that to the Dirge Council?"

Pureblade calmly says, "You've tourtured, Renshil."

Vorclaf glances at Renshil and continues.

Charave says, "I have heard no argument nor denial of guilt in the attempts on your life, Highness. Therefore I proclaim each prisoner guilty of the crime of high treason against the crown, and sentence them to death by beheading."

Midjure's jaw drops.

Vorclaf's voice is steady, but his mannerisms are anything but calm as he says, "I have heard too much. Shall peace never come to Zoluren? Must we endure more death, more evil sprung from past evils?"

Vorclaf's eyes survey the faces of the people before him. He walks slowing in front of each one, drinking in their demeanor. He attempts to calm himself with several slow deep breaths before speaking again.

Vorclaf says, "Lies have defiled you. Deceit grown from a misplaced hatred. Nurtured with the greed of two men, Molphant and Midjure, who saw opportunity in the confusion left by Sirolarn and took advantage of that. Evil sprung from evil."

Vorclaf sadly says, "I can bear no more death at my hands. I can not say what passed while I was gone. I find the greatest fault behind all this was Sirolarn."

Vorclaf quietly says, "You know what passed. You know the truth now and the lies. All of you understand how these people were mislead and lied to. Can the acts of these assassins be forgiven in light of what they were deceived into believing? "

Valloa says, "Sirolarn is dead, easy to fault the departed."

Vorclaf says, "I also can see that these deceptions worked so because of hate they grew in their hearts for me. It was fertile soil to believe vicious stories. Are their treasonists acts deserving of death? They wished to place a stranger to rule over you. Let the fate of these assassins be your decision, then I have lost my taste for blood."

Gembrick asks, "You murder Prince Sirolarn without a proper trial, and now you blame him for us doing this?"

Vorclaf firmly says, "The fate of the assassins will be left the to people of Zoluren. I wash my hands of this matter."

Vorclaf matter-of-factly says, " Escort them to the pit. They can await their fate their. At the discretion of their fellow citizens they will find forgiveness or death."

Midjure asks, "The pit!?"

Vorclaf turns quickly on his heels and leaves the chamber with long firm strides. Over his shoulder he remarks, "I shall be at the entrance to the pit until the assassins arrive there.
