I've updated the accuse mechanics a bit to be a bit more intuitive to the recipient, as well as added better logging so we can see if the 'random success chance' is too high (it's really low, especially for non-necros, but we're not going to remove it yet).

"Burn him! Burn him!" You hear the cries echo around you as everyone in the vicinity suddenly moves away, giving you a wide berth! It goes without saying you'll be wanted for forbidden practices in Crossing now.
You feel staring eyes upon you, and suddenly get the impression that deserved or not, now is going to be a good time to get out of the city quickly. You think anyone manning the city services is quite likely to turn you in, even if the guards don't find you first.

Pay close attention to the second part. A successful accuse necromancy puts high level social corruption on you, which will bar you from using the bank, stores, or your vault (high social outrage Necros get this intrinsically). Also, accuses become auto-success against you. You are not barred from using the debt collection office, so if you can find some way to get money you can get your stuff back, or you can just wait for the heat to die down since I don't think stuff disappears very fast.

However, I highly suggest throwaway gear in general for real Necros due to the chance of being perverse. For normal people this is only going to last a little while if you don't go to city services and compound it.
