He has an angular face, pointed ears and piercing ice-blue eyes. His black hair is long and wavy, and is worn tied back. He has fair skin and a lean build.
He is a bit over average height for an Elf.
He has a tattoo of a dark-haired magess clad in black armor and surrounded by a storm of ice on his right forearm. Face concealed beneath a pale silver mask, her arm is thrust forward to direct an icy blast of blue shards which ends on his hand.
He is holding a curved glaes iltesh with a sharply pointed pommel in his right hand.
He is wearing a crested silver ring bearing ice-covered swords crossed over an onyx mountain, an onyx-inlaid steel ring bearing the crest of the Ranger Guild, a long raven-black nightsilk cloak clasped at the shoulder with a silver swan, a finely tailored shirt of ice-blue Elven silk with carved onyx buttons, an elegant black leather sword belt buckled with a silver crown-encircled mountain, a pair of fitted raven-black buckskin breeches and a pair of black leather knee boots with turned down cuffs revealing ice-blue suede.

389 - 26th Shorka. Appointed personal guard to Prince Fayne's betrothed, Isilshori, by Captain Herrick.
390 - 9th Skullcleaver. Resigned from Provincial Guard position.
392 - 30th Dolefaren. Due to continued threats against Mountain Clan by the Outcast King, killed Outcast Princess Macja (later Baroness of Therengia) near Langenfirth. After the death, Outcast Assassin Koromas and Outcast King Raenilar separately killed Xelten while trespassing in Ilithi (aided by Gypsy King Talorc), leading to increased tension between Shard and Outcast-allied Therengia. From this point, Xelten has been banned from entering Therengia until he agrees to duel Baron Gyfford.
393 - 18th Uthmor. Released from duty as personal guard to Isilshori after announcement of her death. At this audience, Queen Morganae praised Xelten's initiative in killing the Outcast Princess.
394 - 33rd Shorka. Citizenship in Shard revoked by Ferdahl Aemmin after the slaying of newly appointed Emissary Ysselt. Xelten was subsequently exiled after being framed for the murders of other Shard Court members, though the ban from Shard was eventually lifted after those individuals fell out of favor.
