Notes

• Jalbreth balm is used solely as an ingredient in conjuction with Eluned's second commune
• Only fresh fish can be used to create jalbreth balm. Seafood dishes, including salted or smoked fish, cannot be used.
• If you do not want to go fishing, you can purchase fresh lake perch from Net and Bait in Langenfirth for a small price. Each perch will result in one part of pulp when crushed in a mortar, which can be mixed to create one application of jalbreth balm. If you want additional applications of balm, you will need to buy and crush multiple fish.
