These creatures will come in multiple varieties, all with the same stats. (ie. a vaporous haunt). Varieties include:

• ghostly
• gossamer
• insubstantial
• shadowy
• spectral
• vaporous

Description

Closely resembling a ghost, insubstantial haunt is hard to make out. Basically humanoid in form and shape, its body twists and shudders as if in excruciating pain. At times it takes on some solidity, and the vague form of a person in torment can be seen. While its body may be nothing but a twisted mass of essence, its teeth and claws look real enough, willing and able to rend your soul from your body!

Recall

• Closely resembling the more common tortured souls, it may be that the insubstantial haunt shares other traits of that creature. It is possible it could provide soulstones when eliminated.
• They are not known to cast any recognized spells.
• They are not known to carry loot in locked boxes.
