A Celestian book of Lunar Enchanting which was mostly destroyed in a fire. The few scraps of knowledge salvaged during the restoration attempts are said to have enhanced the Moon Mages' abilities of enchantment a hundredfold.
The remains of Phelim's Aegis are held now in the Inner Sanctum of Throne City."Moon mage" is not in the list (None, Bard, Barbarian, Cleric, Empath, Moon Mage, Necromancer, Paladin, Ranger, Thief, ...) of allowed values for the "Guild association is" property.
