A Celestian book of Lunar Enchanting which was mostly destroyed in a fire. The few scraps of knowledge salvaged during the restoration attempts are said to have enhanced the Moon Mages' abilities of enchantment a hundredfold.
The remains of Phelim's Aegis are held now in the Inner Sanctum of Throne City.
