Description:	The Mind Shout spell generates an indiscriminate mental attack, similar to the Mental Blast spell on which it's based, at the location of a focused moonbeam. Be warned that it's possible for this spell to feedback on the caster if too those assaulted are of strong enough will. This is a battle spell, intended to be prepared quickly and cast on an area or group while in battle. When used on opponents, this spell pits your mind against your enemy's will. It affects yourself and hostile creatures. It requires a minimum of thirty mana streams, and can expand to a maximum of one hundred mana streams woven into it. To begin to be able to cast this spell, you will need to reach the rank of a 50th degree adept. By the time you have mastered this spell, you will be ranked as a guru in your abilities as a caster. It requires the Debilitation skill to cast effectively.

• Kssarh says, "The Mind Shout spell sends a blast of your psychic power into every bleedin' thing at the location of one of your moonbeam. Which, given you mind, I expect they won't even notice. I'd warn you about the potential feedback, but then I'd have to explain what feedback means which is one more fact won't fit in your undersized head. Before you can learn this spell, you must know Focus Moonbeam and Mental Blast. It will also cost two spell slots."
