Strategos 2.0 (obsolete)
Previously, Strategos increased bonus IF from killing enemies and striking in PvP, unlocked ROAR AREA and ROAR CREATURES.
It was a mastery in the Horde path, cost 4 spell slots, and had a prerequisite of 8 Horde-path abilities.
