No one said that there weren't plenty of reasons to want to play a necromancer aside from PvP. Of course there are. The issue is that PvP is a fundamental part of being a necromancer. Rolling a necromancer for those reasons while you dislike conflict would be like wanting to play a spellcaster who was also good with weapons and deciding to roll a barbarian or wanting to play a self-healing weapon master and rolling an empath (before construct hunting). While in some convoluted way these things may be possible, in the end the most likely result is frustration. | |
