Description
Like all of the Adan'f race, the mage vaguely resembles a large lizard, complete with reddish-black scales and forked tongue. Slitted golden eyes are set deeply into its narrow skull, over triple rows of gleaming pointed teeth. A long, sinuous neck leads down to a slender, almost frail, body. Its delicate tail is tipped with one gleaming talon, though the tail appears too weak to use as a weapon. The mage wears a long hooded cloak of deep black cloth, its surface lumpy with concealed items. One of its three-fingered hands holds an oak staff topped with a jackal's skull.
In Depth
Special Attacks
Casts Dinazen Olkar, Tezirah's Veil (needs to be confirmed), and Mental Blast.
With 300 evasion and stance set to 100% evasion and the rest to parry, Dinazen Olkar can single shot kill. Having shield skill comparable and stance set to it is necessary for safe hunting.
Equipment/Loot
- black cloak
- rusty chain hauberk
- glowing skull-tipped staff
- small gold ring inset with a ruby (rare drop)
The staff cannot be picked up.
Death and items
Adan'f will, on occasion, pick up the fallen weapon of the recently deceased and put it into their cloak, but will ignore bonded/registered items or mining materials.
They will also pick up boxes and gems.
NOTE: Items they pick up can be found inside their black cloaks after they have been killed and looted.
