Shard

I feel that we are horribly amiss in having detailed minutiae, but one of the three great cities in the game has been an empty stub for a year. Shard is also now home to several of the Houses for Elotheans along with the registry and we have no information of them in the notes. There is a lot of great information about this city that should be included here. I believe this would be a great foundational start for the improvement drive. Song Scrolls

I'd like to get the song scrolls finished, but would like some assistance in locating the scroll name, where its sold, etc. We're probably ~30% done with the project and I can wikify it if someone wants to toss me the songs, and the name of the scroll.
