Black Powder

Mix 2 part crushed charcoal with 20 parts oil. Dry the result, and then crush the black lump into black powder.[1]

2) CLOSE and SHAKE the canister.
3) APPLY the resulting powder to the sticky wand
4) LIGHT the wand to set off.

3) APPLY colored powder to parchment
4) TURN the parchment over if a second color is desired (optional)

7) ROLL parchment into a taper
8) Repeat steps 1 to 6 (optional)
9) PUT taper into an unrolled parchment 2
10) POUR naphtha into hollow cylinder
11) PUT taper into cylinder
12) APPLY wax stopper to cylinder
13) LIGHT cylinder to launch
