You can cheat with these dice by carving them with a knife in hand. Successfully carving them will make the dice combination come up as a 7 on the next roll, but damage the dice. This will change the condition modifier used in messaging, and how the dice appear when appraised. Further carving once the dice are 'cracked' will destroy them.
Condition Modifier | Appraisal Appearance |
---|---|
pristine | The demonbone dice are in pristine condition! The demonbone is clean and none of the claw-shaped abyssal quartz pips are chipped. |
scuffed | The demonbone dice are a little scuffed and dirty, but still usable. |
shabby | The demonbone dice are is noticeably worn but still functional. |
worn | The demonbone dice have hairline fractures showing in the demonbone and a couple of the abyssal quartz pips have fallen off. |
cracked | Several of the abyssal quartz pips are missing and the demonbone is noticeably cracked. |
