Overview
This game is very similar to the Blood and Gourd "pumpkin smash" game from previous years. Find the otter den in the Falashtan section of the island. Once inside, GRAB BOX, which will cost 1 gold Kronar (1.5 gold Kronar as of 447) per play. On each grab attempt, you can successfully grab a shell or you can fail as a set of claws emerge and swipe your hand. The swipe will cause wounds that will need to be healed before grabbing for more again.
Once you have a shell, move east and BREAK MY SHELL.
Your break attempts can result in a success, which will award an item from the shared loot pool, or a failure. Failures include the shell exploding and leaving a shell fragment which you can TEND off your person, you can "slip" and cut yourself for minor wounds, you can break the shell but find a piece of seafood meat, you can break the shell but find it empty or you can "drop" the shell and it will float away.
The shells can be broken in any room with water that is waist-deep or higher. Also, it appears that the possibility of death has been decreased substantially from the "pumpkin smash" version; leaving the shell fragments untended will eventually result in your death.
