SCRAPE is used to:
- Prepare skins with a hide scraper for use with the Tailoring discipline.
- Begin projects using a drawknife in the Shaping discipline
- As an alternative to CLEAN or RUB an item with a wire brush when making repairs to crafted items. This alleviates problems when repairing items that have built-in RUB command interactions that interfere with repair.
Syntax
- SCRAPE <SKIN> WITH MY scraper <QUICK/NORMAL/CAREFUL>
- SCRAPE <LUMBER> WITH MY drawknife
- SCRAPE <ITEM TO BE REPAIRED> WITH MY wire brush or sandpaper
