"How does it work?"
You will be given a backpack with an {{sloot|i|icy blue wand}} random herbs, armors, and weapons.

*{{com|wave}} your wand at other players or NPCs to temporarily immobilize them.


*While in the first room, the Contestant's Box, after roughly five minutes you will be told to enter the maze, or it will remove you to the exit with a runner's package as if you had run the maze.
It's easy! Buy your passes, and then head to the Event Portal locations in game! Redeem your pass, and ask the attendant about access to the maze.
*There can be more than one golden key in the maze at a time. (May be a bug.)
*Once a player goes through the white door, it will close and need to be opened again.


===Rewards===
Abandoning all your supplies, you'll be given a survival kit containing (among other things) a random melee weapon, a random ranged weapon, a random piece of protective armor or a shield, and a mysterious blue wand (No licking or eating the wands! The Management is not responsible for any injuries!)
Everyone who participates will be rewarded with a runner's package that contains 5 Droughtman's indicia, 1-2 gold, and a prize from the incidental loot pool. If you pass the golden arch, you will also be able to get a prize box that contains an extra reward from the incidental loot pool.


==Teasers==
Get out your wand and go through the door leading into the maze! Pull levers to open and close doors, and pull ropes to find a golden key. Don't dawdle in the Contestant's Box, time is running out! Each contestant will have FIVE MINUTES to find a key and then find the exit! There can only be one key at a time, so if someone else has it, then find them and freeze them with your wand to steal their key -- but be careful, someone can take it from you too!

That's right! Everyone who steps up and accepts the challenge will win. No one will walk away empty handed! When your Challenge is over, you will be given a prize package as well as some credits for Droughtman's famous shop!

Head over to Droughtman's Compound and see if you can beat his challenge! You only have until January 28, 2018 to earn a spot at the top of the leaderboard and win a special prize from Droughtman!

==Droughtman's Maze Rules==
Objective: Find the key to the arch at the center of the
maze and escape before time runs out!

* PULL ropes scattered through the maze for a chance to find the golden key (and other surprises!)
* PULL colored levers to open and close matching doors. Open new paths to find more ropes!
* The golden arch is behind a ring of doors at the maze's center. Exit within 5 roisaen to claim victory!"

==Tips==
While in the maze:<br>
SHAKE your wand for light.<br>
SEARCH your wand for a hints towards the general direction of the exit.<br>
WAVE your wand at other players or NPCs to freeze them momentarily.

While in the first room, the Contestant's Box, after roughly five minutes you will be told to enter the maze, or it will remove you to the exit with a runner's package as if you had run the maze.

Players with lower ranks (under 200) are at a disadvantage due to not being able to swim past certain areas of the maze.
