[Noel's Arms, Showroom]
The weapon shop is a clean well-lit room with a green tiled floor and whitewashed walls. A long wooden counter runs all along the back wall, blocking access to the open doorway leading into the workshop. Peering through the door, you can see apprentice swordsmiths engaged in a variety of tasks. Some clean and polish weapons, another sits before a spinning stone wheel, carefully grinding a fine edge onto a rapier blade.
You also see a marble ordering counter with a catalog on it, a display rack with some stuff on it, and Noel Razoreye.

The items on the rack are samples of the sold items, available so you may APPRAISE them before purchase.
The counter here is a donation rack.

A sign reads:
Due to a substantial theft of stock by one of my journeymen, and his subsequent unfortunate dismemberment, 
I am currently unable to offer my usual selection of fine bows and throwing steel.  
I hope to remedy this situation soon.
