Description

You are Oramiwe Tasare, an Elven Empath. You have pointed ears and thick-lashed crystal green eyes. Your dark brown hair is long and wavy, and is worn braided in an elegant wreath held in place by an etched silver unicorn haircomb set with tiny amethyst chips. You have fair skin.

You are wearing a spidersilk drawstring bag, a delicate turquoise pendant of a woman silhouetted against the crest of the Empaths' guild, a dainty drop-waist spidersilk gown embroidered with a faint pattern of white roses along the bodice, a graceful white hip scarf artfully embroidered and fringed in silver and gold, some winged white leather boots, an Empath "Off-duty" button, a rough woolen cloak woven with a leafless tree of gnarled branches, a platinum jadeite gwethdesuan, a deep emerald silk haversack adorned with an onyx crescent and a vibrant emerald green silk dance veil.

Recent History

Originally from a minor city in the forests west of Leth Deriel Oramiwe came to Crossing nearly two years ago. In that time she feels she's done little of consequence. Shortly after her arrival in the city she formed a group of friends who kept her company as she began spending most of her time working in the Empath guild. One by one those friends left Crossing, including a fellow Elf whom she loved. Each of them promised her that they would return, but as the years tick by she begins to believe them less and less. Yet, she listens to the gweths and hopefully scans the crowds anywhere she goes for her wayward friends.

Having spent the past few years doing little else but tending the cuts, scrapes and occasional severed limb of Crossing's inhabitants the previously quiet and gentle girl has developed a handful of eccentricities. Currently convinced that Be'ort is out to get her she sees signs of her failing sanity in nearly every action she does, driven by boredom and likely a bit of loneliness she often does odd things, entertains her guild with unprompted rants and rambles or chats with herself.

Eccentrics aside she toils diligently as a "small fish in a big pond" with the dream of becoming a renowned Alchemist and expert in rare diseases. She imagines herself a scholar and in a fit of boredom has taken to traveling alone around Elanthia specifically to visit libraries, most recently taking a trip to Muspar'i to study S'ka anatomy.
