|desc=Blood Burst is one of the more violent manifestations of Blood Magic, turning a small portion of the magician's blood into a deadly explosive. While this pattern is capable of ripping out the blood necessary for the effect to take place, it is less stressful on the caster if they are already bleeding, either from a wound or from a ritual cut. The shock of Blood Burst's explosion is quite something to behold, kinetic force mixed with violent necromancy, and often staggers those who are hit by the spell.
