- Temporal Eddy is a reactive that doesn't reduce damage on hit, but instead gives you a chance to flat out avoid damage per hit.
- Introduced during the Spring Promotion 2020.
- Must be INVOKEd from the quest kathla. It is not available via the scroll system.
