Description:	Swept up in the rage of battle, a barbarian can deflect strong blows, and shirk off lesser ones entirely.
Effect:	Increases Balance and primary weapon stat of held weapon.
Messaging:	START*: Your hands shake in anticpiation of releasing the fury of the tsunami down upon your foes! END: The massive wall of rage within you crashes to a sudden halt!

As a note, this can only be started while holding a melee weapon and will not have any effect on bows, crossbows, or slings.
