Description:	The knowledge of the Shadewatch Mirror spell has been limited to the Goldcaps, privileged members of the Y'Shai, and the Council since its inception. There is nothing further I can tell you at this time. The Shadewatch Mirror spell forms a gazing mirror in the area, available for anyone to peer through to see a target person.
Example Messaging:	With a raspy sigh, a shadowy mirror drifts up out of the ground. A shimmering mirror of shadows appears momentarily in the air above, briefly revealing <observer>'s face. (Everytime someone actually peers into mirror/no message when cast)
