- This NPC acts similar to the imps that sell The First Land Herald newssheets.
- As of August 2020, he was selling the (quite old) The Therengia Herald. A BUG was submitted about it.
Description
The S'Kra Mur is reading a heavy-looking tome bound in brown leather. He has a courier bag strapped over one shoulder, but appears more engrossed in his book than in his work.
