Description: Only recently released to general use among Paladins by their guild, Tamsine's Kiss has been known with some historical context for awhile. "Holy healing," of a sort, the spell pattern is capable of supernaturally closing wounds. This is not without cost, however. In the short term, such healing is accompanied by scarring of equal proportions, which while less fatal than a sword in the heart is still potentially fatal in its own right. Over the long term, continual use of the spell is thought to sap the general health and put extreme stress on the magician's metabolism, asking the caster if they're willing to sacrifice years for immediate health and, perhaps, triumph.
Effect: Converts incoming wounds into scars.
Example Messaging: When you cast the spell

You gesture.

You twist the mana streams of your Tamsine's Kiss spell in a chaotic motion, inciting them into unpredictable patterns. A cool sensation washes over you, yet instead of soothing your body it leaves you hungry and your flesh burning with a mild fever.

---

When the spell fades away

The Tamsine's Kiss pattern falters and dissipates, its distracting healing sensation departing with it.

---

When the spell converts an incoming wound to a scar

A barely noticeable burning sensation spreads across your <body part> as its recent wounds partially scar over.

Devices/Tattoos: No devices or tattoos documented.

Has a chance (based on Potency, high likelihood up to 100% at max Potency) that half of any wound the Paladin takes is converted into a scar instead.
