Happy Tuesday! This week, Paklin has updated a number of verbs and created a new TOGGLE BOND tool so that folks who are bonded can toggle the special bonded messaging off and on as fits their situation! Not everyone wants the extra mushy messaging of some of the verbs when they get bonded, and this should allow folks to decide which they keep and which they don't. If EITHER person in the bond toggles a verb off, it will use the default / non-bonded messaging. This has been floated more than once in the past by both players and other staff members. This project was actually started by a former staff member back in 2015, but they weren't able to finish it up before moving on. We found the pieces, and Paklin finished putting it together so we could finally make it a reality! Note that not ALL verbs have been updated to use this yet. There's ~30 of them in the end for us to work towards, but for this release, Paklin has TOGGLE BOND implemented along with: BASK, BEAM, BLINK, BOW, HOLD, HUG, JOIN, KISS, LEAN, LICK, NIBBLE, NUDGE, PUNISH, SMOOCH, SNUGGLE and WAVE.
