The Barbarian Mastery Rewrite is done. Whew! It's going into Test first, so please go over there and let me know if you see any issues. Big thanks to Ynami for the QC. It was a lot. What this involves: All masteries are now 1 slot Masteries no longer require a number of abilities in the path, and they don't count towards abilities known in the path Some functions became default behavior, and a mastery isn't needed to achieve it, so if you don't see it here, it's probably default behavior now (or a side benefit like War Stomp reset). Masteries and their current function: Titan: Berserk IF cost Reduction Strategos: Unlocks ROAR AREA/CREATURE Juggernaut: Increased IF Regen from kills/strike (for real now, it did nothing before) Powermonger: +IF (+20% or 50 ranks) Yogi: Meditation IF cost Reduction Templar: Form Mastery (+20% or 50 ranks) Duelist: +IF Pool Tribalist: +Debilitation (+20% or 50 ranks) Paragon: Meditation Mastery (+20% or 50 ranks) Exemplar: Form IF cost Reduction If there are questions, please let me know.
