bewildered marionette
Look: Twisted strands of yellow yarn flow down the marionette's head to form knotted ringlets that rest limply upon the doll's shoulders. Above freckled cheeks, oversized blue eyes framed by thick lashes gaze down at her hands with a bewildered expression. Clutched within one hand is a faded paper heart, in the other a stained envelope. Given a free hand, you think you can PUSH, PULL, TURN, POKE, TAP, RUB, CLEAN, POINT, WAVE, BREAK or SCREAM at the little puppet to make it perform.
