Notes
- GOL has many effective uses for Empaths of all circles. It helps younger Empaths maintain their diagnostic links longer, and the Stamina boost both improves your health and increases the amount you can carry while the spell is in effect. It also provides a slight increase to the Shifting ability.
- At higher levels of magic skill, the duration can be extended to over two anlaen (one hour).
- Stamina boost can be at least +9. Tested using concentration formula and drain to concentration from casting spells. Casting a fully prepped, capped AGS took Thoarnne down to 434 concentration, repeatedly. However, when he had GOL up, it took him down to 443 concentration. Tested was repeated multiple times with same results. This means he had 9 concentration more using GOL, or +9 stamina. Thoarnne had 99 base stamina, and 1250 PM, so this may be atypical, but probably is fairly standard.
