Whitewashed walls surround the hall, a series of nautical items hung at various points around the room. Wide wooden planks underfoot creak under the weight of large stone slabs that stand nearby, each awaiting inspection, while smaller carts of bone and wood are pushed under tarps to protect them from the salty air. A stern overseer keeps a close eye on things, barking at his associate when a new delivery arrives or needs moving. A wide stairway leads downward, further into the society, while a large waste bucket rests nearby. You also see an Engineering Master, some polished ebonwood doors leading outside and a large sign. Obvious exits: east, west, down.

A large sign reads: Welcome to the Deed Vendor. Not all mining locations are civilized enough to offer immediate deeding of resources. To accommodate the fearless miner, deed packets are available for purchase here. Crafters may also use these to deed finished goods. Please STUDY them for instructions, and ORDER them at any time!

Several heavy blocks of marble and alabaster rest at various points along the painted brick walls, while additional shelves and tables hold a wide selection of bone and stone. Several stout workmen grunt under the weight of the rough-hewn crates they heft through the busy shop to the backroom. You also see a large earthenware tub and a large sign. Obvious exits: east.

An ornate stone pedestal at the center of the room displays a brass astrolabe and mistwood telescope, highlighted by a large brass lantern overhead. Workers periodically wander in and out, restocking the items held by the many baskets and shelves along the surrounding walls, while a nearby attendant sees to the craftsmen who stop by in need of supplies. You also see a western door, an eastern door, a large sign and a northern door.
