Caress-of-the-Moons Manor

The Caress-of-the-Moons Manor is an estate found near the center of Mer'Kresh, south from the Carillon. There is a stationary telescope on the Rooftop Garden. Within the Manor can be found the Grazhir shard Besoge.
A pointy-eared mastiff is found on the grounds as you enter from the street. The mastiff does guard the front door but a motivated explorer can still access the Manor from a climbable vine on the grounds. The grounds do have a number of items to forage in contrast to much of the city.
On the table in the room with Besoge are free refreshments.
