| Look: | These leathers are composed of boiled onyx-hide, and smell faintly of linseed oil. A pattern of embossed scales lines the otherwise smooth black leather, distracting from some of the definition of the piece. In the center of the chest, the crest of House Moglin -- a balance scale bearing a pair of broken shackles on the left and a pile of gold coins on the right -- is prominently displayed in relief. A chevron stamped on the shoulder denotes the original bearer's rank in the marines of House Moglin. |
