These are all the rage now, so I don't want to feel left out!

Rewrite it finally, like I've promised for the last month, to separate the notes field so that spell articles can be more easily edited by future contributors. Also incorporate icon indicators for held mana, scroll, and target spells like the DR spell page has.The new template can be seen here and an example spell with the template applied here.
