At 176 utility ranks and casting at 30 mana I have trouble converting spirit energy into any appreciable amount of mana, vitality or fatigue; even when converting 90% of my spirit. I do not recommend this spell to anyone with these ranks. MOTHRA (talk) 23:26, 3 August 2017 (CDT)
