Just a clarifying note:
Zoluren's Ally is the actual custom title that was given to any of the recognized folks who were not also Zoluren citizens, regardless of what part of things they were recognized for.
The folks who were recognized for being involved in the killings of Alret and Geva, but who are also Zoluren citizens as of the time of the celebration, will be receiving the custom title Zoluren's Vengeance. It just wasn't stated during the ceremony because none of the applicable PCs were in attendance.
While the Prince obviously wasn't able to name/recognize/title everyone who helped in the day to day fighting of the war individually (and who should be considered at the very least friends and allies of Zoluren!), they were all thanked for their contributions as a group in general during the ceremony.
