An Azhjam (ruler) of the Luethran's Endian Nation during the Fourth Age of Albaria, Osaen was the first victim and/or the perpetrator of the "Rasman Plague" -- a necromantic disease that was a major factor in the fall of the Nation.
It has been debated whether his death by the plague was a result of his own work in the Necromantic arts going awry, or an assassination by Necromancers.[1]
