I think there ought to be a page that outlines the custom spell preperations in Throne City. Everything from the cost, the descriptions, and where to find the spot to do it in and any additional steps required. Anyone know this information? |

I think there ought to be a page that outlines the custom spell preperations in Throne City. Everything from the cost, the descriptions, and where to find the spot to do it in and any additional steps required. Anyone know this information?
