This is the "VERBSHat3" template to list all the actions for a particular set of headwear.

Hats using this template have the following study: Thinking about the <item>, you wonder if you might not be able to ADJUST, ARRANGE, CLEAN, CLUTCH, FIDGET, PAT, ROLL, SHAKE, TILT (at things too!), WAVE (at things too!), or YANK it.

It should be called in the following format:
