Lorica
Look: Overlaying a sooty black gambeson of Velakan linen, the irregularly shaped links of metal resemble the glowing fractures that form in the surface crust of molten lava. Fiery silk flows through the rings on the side of the armor like runners of lava, the lustrous threads woven into its warp making it appear to flicker when the light catches it.

You sense a matrix formed using Elemental mana, commonly referred to as the Fire Armor Flare enchantment.
The enchantment appears masterfully-crafted, has poor potency, demonstrates central complexity, and is somewhat precise. This enchantment is of Greater grade, and was modified to bonus proc chance. The matrix appears to be marginally thin and the lines are perfectly clear.
