This NPC wanders the streets of Muspar'i.
Description
The juggler is a S'Kra man of short stature for his race with deep brown eyes and golden-brown scales that shine softly in the sunlight. Unlike many of his fellow denizens of the city of Muspar'i, he wears fitted clothing in the form of a side-laced linen tunic over pants that have been cut off just above the knee. At his waist he has belted a long pouch of yeehar hide that has been branded with an uneven mottled pattern.
