Description

Nougat is an assortment of wires, rods, gears, and crystals all somehow held together by a powerful magic.

Twixx: Nougat says in a hollow voice, "A nephew of my Mistress Melgorehn." Dragon: Nougat says in a hollow voice, "Mistress Melgorehn built the dragon over the course of her long life. It functions through a number of magical and mechanical systems." Nougat pauses for a moment then continues with a grinding of gears, "The most important of these systems are of course the wing mechanisms, and the construct that powers the whole dragon."
