Paladin-only skill. Basically, tanking ability. This makes poison less damaging, stuns less effective, etc. Basically, it keeps the paladin from dying in ways that are a bit more interesting than damage reduction.
This skill was originally called Endurance, but on 3/23/2015, GM Raesh wrote:

I think Paladins will be in a significantly better place once the barrier review is finished and they have a functional guild skill (Tentatively renamed asceticism) and revamped soul system.
