There have been multiple incarnations of the store Stolen from the Moons:

• Stolen from the Moons (1): This temporary merchant appeared in Hibarnhvidar on the evening of March 13, 2012. He is scheduled to be there for at least a week (unless things run out before then).
• Stolen from the Moons (2): In Outer Hibarnhvidar opening 8/18/2013 and limited and temporary.
• Stolen from the Moons (3): Near Boar Clan opening 2/2/2015 and limited and temporary.

8/17/13 Garnaal has once more shown up to set up his moonsilk pavilion in Outer Hibarnhvidar. Being the ornery Dwarf that he is, he has not opened it quite yet. (There may or may not be an announcement or post when this happens.)
