>> Well, I can't say there was any clear and definitely ties between Entropy's Glory and The Hunger, but good to know!

They share several similarities, if you look at what both of the intrusions are causing. The difference is primarily scale.

It was also confirmed here way back that the second incarnation of the Hunger was Entropy's Glory. Armifer was nice and threw us a bone.

>> I'm not quite wiling to taint my HLC moon mage over this.. anyone got the messaging/effects to this or should I roll up a new moonie and find out?

I did it about 2 minutes after Armifer said he'd go ahead and add the ability to align thanatology. Cue Admiral Ackbar soundbite.

You focus internally and align yourself for a prediction on Thanatology.
Roundtime: 2 seconds.

Pain! A concept erupts from the back of your mind, cold and crushing. For a few, sharp moments you experience The End -- the death of stars and the deconstruction of fate as a metaphysical force.
The death of the universe orbits... something. Some force or some entity. Something you cannot see; that you have an unconscious need not to.
It sees you.

Stun + random spirit health hit (this can kill you) + enough Divine Outrage for about half an hour to stop beneficial holy spells from working on you. An invasion hit about 10 minutes after I did it during which I died, which is how I found out about the latter. This was pre guild release, so I consider that kind of impressive!
