Waggle your fingers at a person or object. +
Emotive command to wail in general or wail at another player. May be used while dead. +

By itself the command does nothing. If given a target, you will try (unsuccessfully) to pull someone to you, or tug your own ear. +
The YELL command allows you to project your voice and be heard in adjacent rooms. The number of rooms your voice carries depends on syntax and guild. +
