[Silvermist Estate, Lake Serenity]
Sunlight dances over the surface of the lake like the facets of a glowing sunstone. The cool water laps against the shore in a soothing repetitive rhythm that engenders serenity. Unseen currents create eddies and the occasional bubble that gently stirs the surface. A series of worn riverstone slabs create an elegant walkway canopied with delicately sculpted arches leading towards several ornate goldenoak lady's couches curtained by silken weeping willow branches draped in billowing opalescent Elven silk. A myriad of luxurious cushions have been strewn across the couches to provide additional comfort. Across the lake, the distant arches and platforms of the Silvermist family home can be seen curling around the trees. A silvery mist rises up to hide the uppermost levels of the platforms amid the sana'ati and mistwood forest on the opposite shore of the lake. A small sana'ati wood dock provides a mooring for the Elven skiff afloat on the surface of the lake. You also see a gold-fringed blue silk cloth with several things on it, a graceful sana'ati gate carved with elegant ivy vines and a simple swing hanging from an Ilithi peach tree.

Small schools of colorful fish swim near the shore's edge, darting just under the surface of the water.

As you touch the surface of the lake, small schools of inquisitive royal sturgeon and unicorn bream drift toward your fingers but dart off before you can touch them!
- LOOK at tree:
While a handful of peaches can be found on the lower branches, higher up out of reach are many more on heavily laden limbs. The soil at the base of the shows signs of being disturbed, a clear indication that the tree did not grow here natively.
- GET get peach:
You pick an Ilithi peach from one of the highest branches of the peach tree.
- LOOK at couch:
Elegantly crafted to provide a comfortable place to recline, the couch easily offers enough space for a couple to rest. Autumnal hues create a rich tapestry of color that seems to melt into the surroundings. A selection of luxurious quilts and furs are stacked near the foot of the couch to offer additional warmth during the colder evenings and nights.
- LOOK at Skiff:
Exquisite sana'ati heartwood has been sculpted into a simple yet elegant Elven skiff. Leaf-shaped oars are stowed neatly along the side of the vessel. Delicately carved seats at the center of the skiff have been covered in richly embroidered silk cushions while ornate benches provide both storage and seating for larger groups. Etched along the bow, a cluster of moonflowers circled by stylized flames creates the Silvermist family crest next to the elegant cursive script.

[Silvermist Estate, Family Home]
Amidst the sana'ati and mistwood trees, a series of platforms and arches creates a myriad of rooms and meeting spaces for the Silvermist family to conduct business or simply to gather. Parchments and scrolls are piled high enough to block the windows of one such room whilst a seemingly random array of provisions can be seen inside the doorway of another. Near the shores of the lake, an enchanting opalescent felstone retreat rests serenely near the water, positioned to enjoy the spectacular view across the lake. Almost hidden within the forest, a cave appears to have been turned into a mine shaft with various tools and equipment stored nearby. This vast woodland seems to provide a sanctuary for the bustling community of the Silvermist Estate. An occasional ray of sunlight shifts through the leaves to glisten off the walls of the retreat that seems to be the heart of the estate. A central firepit provides a natural gathering place where fellowship and relaxation can be found. You also see a serene retreat with a small sana'ati tree growing in front of it, a central firepit surrounded by a series of luxurious couches and chairs and a low table with a couple of things on it.

- LOOK at firepit:
The smooth riverstone rocks have been artfully carved to create a large communal firepit, ideal for roasting food or simply providing a warm place to relax. A series of wide sana'ati heartwood couches upholstered in opalescent Elven silk offers space for couples to curl up together whilst individual armchairs offer solitary comfort. Stacks of quilts and blankets nearby offer extra warmth during the evening. A series of low tables between the couches and chairs offers a place to rest a plate or goblet.
- LOOK at Mine Shaft:
Strewn with the debris of mining, occasional chunks of minerals and glittering gems carpet the ground around the mouth of the mine. A series of crates etched with the Silvermist family crest hold an array of shovels and pickaxes. Nearby a well has been dug to provide a place to wash away the dirt of the mines. A mining helm rests atop the crates, the word "Saramei" painted on it. Leaning against the crates a shovel bearing the name "Gotinx" carved along the handle takes pride of place.

- LOOK on table:
On the low table you see a sana'ati wood toasting stick and a bag of plump marshmallows.
[Silvermist Estate, Kintalia's Office]
Sunlight dances through the windows of this serene office. A finely etched platinum plaque with the words 'Talia's Office' has been attached to an elegant silkwood door that seals the arch from the hustle and bustle of the platforms beyond. The vantage point of the tree platform that the office resides on allows for a sweeping view across the serene, crystal-clear lake beyond the forest. Against one wall rests a bookcase housing a collection of books. A lady's desk sits next to the arched windows with a comfortable looking chair resting in front of it. A lengthy to-do list hangs across from the fireplace while a stack of documents and missives sit next to some refreshments on a side table. A pair of high backed goldenoak chairs face the desk. You also see a delicate sana'ati heartwood trunk etched with the Silvermist family crest, a mistwood stair and a side table with a few things on it.

Polished to a high sheen the surface of the dainty desk has been etched with silversteel gilded diminutive Elven ivy leaves that swirl at the edges. - LOOK at chair:
Designed less for comfort and more for aesthetic quality the chairs have been elegantly carved with Elven ivy leaves that seem to drift on an errant breeze to tumble down the back of each chair. The only concession to comfort is the luxuriously padded seat of each chair that has been embroidered with a series of Elven ivy leaves in autumnal hues. The glittered threads add the impression of dew on the tip of each leaf.
- LOOK at trunk:
A heart with two names is elegantly carved into the surface of the wood. Tendrils of Elven ivy curl around the trunk, almost obscuring the etched cluster of moonflowers of the Silvermist family crest. Stylized flames of the Bloodspire family crest are artfully carved into the wood to encompass the dainty moonflowers.
There appears to be something written on it.
- LOOK on table:
On the side table you see a pitcher of cold Ilithi peach tea, a large decanter of aged Prydaen bloodwyne and a decanter of sparkling Elven summerwyne.
History
The Silvermist Estate is the ancient home of the House Silvermist, within the grounds can be found Lake Serenity, an ancient lake with an island upon which the Maidens of Serenity train in the art of meditation and mediation. It is here that Lady Kintalia learnt the skills necessary to become an Ambassador to the Court of Prince Vorclaf. The Elven skiff Serenity is utilised to travel from the shore to the island up on the lake. As a personal request Lady Kintalia request the relocation of an Ilithi peach tree which is her favourite fruit from home. The Estate Holders Council approved the relocation of the tree and special planting along the shoreline of the lake. Kintalia had a tree swing placed on the tree which is also one of her favourite things to do next to the lake.
The Home or "heart" of the Estate is the large forest which houses a number of large sana'ati tree's with numerous platforms where abodes, offices and store rooms can be found amongst other things. Kintalia's office can be located amongst these platforms. Her private residence is the private retreat located in the heart of the forest near the communal firepit which was placed in remembrance of Prydaen hubs. The firepit has a good supply of sana'ati wood toasting sticks and marshmallows, essentials for a good fireside gathering!. The Silvermist family mine can also be found at the heart of the Silvermist Estate, this mine is rich in rare metals and gems which is where the majority of the Silvermist family wealth originates from. A dual guard is always vigilant at the gate to the Silvermist Estate to protect the mine as well as the residents of the estate.

You can hear the Oxenwaithe lapping gently at its bank, creating a soothing sound not unlike a lullaby. The light reflected from the moons provide shimmery paths along the sandy embankments at water's edge. You also see a uniformed representative, a graceful sana'ati gate carved with elegant ivy vines, a great banyan tree split down the center by a large rock and a festive meeting portal.

Obvious paths: southeast, northwest.
- LOOK at gate:
Resplendent in its intricate carving, each side of the elegant gate is formed from the limbs of two ancient sana'ati trees. Elven ivy curls delicately along the surface, almost lifelike in its detailing. On either side, the ivy forms niches that cradle two dainty lifesculpted dragonwood sculptures that face one another, one an Elven woman holding a moonflower and the other a Prydaen man holding a flame. Finer branches at the heart of the gate have been crafted to form cursive script. It is open.
- GO go gate:
A pair of guards nods your way and says, "Welcome, Serene Lady Kintalia!"
