On a ridge just off the beach in a murky pool of water, blades of marsh grass wave in a complex ballet, keeping time with the sea breezes. They serve as an effective divider between the actual beach and this stretch reaching inland. Powdery white sand, dotted with shells and low-growing creeper grass, provides an idyllic retreat, complete with the whispering voice of the sea as it responds to the tides. You also see an unremarkable hutch, a moss-covered fieldstone bothy and an unremarkable shelter.
Obvious paths: north, southwest.
In a number of rooms in this area there is sand you can SEARCH SAND to find shells. There are also locations to SEARCH CORAL, which will offer up both shells and bits of coral. These items are considered gems and can be sold gem shops.
Search out of the sand:

- calico scallop shell
- faded paper fig shell
- fly-specked cerith shell
- horse conch shell
- king's crown shell
- lightning whelk shell
- pair of angel wing shells
- pear whelk shell
- white sea shell
